We enjoyed learning about the history of the building, the cellar tour was interesting and I was excited to learn how sparkling wine is made and how the process has been modernized over time. Booking was easy and I would recommend this to people staying in the area.

We visited a number of the sites in St Emilion but these underground tour was unique and provided an excellent insight into wine making and all that goes on in the miles of cellars beneath the town. The historic context of Les Cordeliers and the wine tasting were both great too.
